The Governor in his speech welcomed the crew and congratulated them for every effort while urging them to put in all energy. He equally assured them of his support, calling Buea a second home for the Lioness. ”we want them to carry a message of  total vicotry all along the competition and we want the Nations cup to remain here and named the cup of the chariot of the gods”, he said. This proved the fatherly support no doubt  in a recent 2015 encounter , some key players  mentioned that they are winning for the Gorvernor of South west.

The lioness who are on a tour  in the region from the 16 to 30th june played a friendly against CYNIODEF FC on the 21st at the Mount Cameroon training Centre. This match  tested their level of preparation in the forthcoming games.

Many aspirations have been raised as we expect our Lioness to make sure the trophy remains in Cameroon. Team player Farida Machia tells us how ready they are. She notes that even their cell phones are put away  during game conditions all to aim at a higher concentration .
